Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to Meeting Manager, Heather Clark (heather@aegweb.org). Verbal requests will not be accepted. Refunds may be issued 4-6 weeks after the close of the symposium.
For cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the start of the Workshop:

A $25 processing fee will be applied for cancellation.

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the start of the Symposium.

No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the start of the Symposium. Special consideration will be given for verifiable personal and medical emergencies.
